Literally blown away!

I am using a pair of those in combination with a The Box Pro Achat 112 Sub and a Quadro 500 DSP power amplifier. I have gotten very good and surprised reactions from the sound quality of this combination!

Main reason to chose those is the compact size and portability. They had to fit in the boot of my Golf Variant. And that it does!
I am confident I can use these for acoustic sets and speech to 100-150 people. For small party / DJ it will undoubtedly work as long as you don't have to 'feel' the bass too much.

I have used this setup so far for a couple of use-cases:
First of all as a local PA for my SPD-SX when I play the drums in an acoustic setting. Only one top if no stereo is needed.
Second for viewing a movie in a larger group, where the sound/music was a very important part of the experience.

In all of these cases I have been extremely happy with the results.

Great things in small packages

At first I was concerned that the speakers were smaller than I expected, but I was amazed at the sound levels and quality thst came from these speakers. Small, lightweight but they really pack a punch. Another added bonus was the several mounting/hanging options. Will definitely be adding more of these to my system

Rundum durchdachtes Konzept

Ich habe mir die Stinger zur Beschallung kleinerer Veranstaltungen im Innen- und Außenbereich mit 30 - 50 Personen angeschafft. Beim ersten Anspielen überzeugen sie auf ganzer Linie. Der Griff zum Equalizer war bisher völlig überflüssig. Besonders positiv ist mir die doppelte Stativaufnahme aufgefallen. Auch erwähnenswert finde ich, dass die Stinger 8 den gleichen Hochtöner besitzt, wie die Stinger 15. Dies ermöglicht es mit dem richtigen Hochpass ordentlich zu pegeln.
Wenn man überhaupt etwas negatives sagen kann, dann das für einen Achtzöller doch recht sperrige Gehäuse. Dies wird jedoch doppelt und dreifach durch den mächtigen Hochtöner und die Bassreflexkonstruktion des TMT ausgeglichen.

Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un bon et puissant haut-parleur pour les petits événements qui soit également léger et en état de navigabilité, le "Stinger 8 G3" est un bon choix.
