If you are looking for power, medium sustain and brilliant wash, look no further. This paiste 2002 Classic 18" Power Crash delivers all that you want. I myself use it for my Electronic pop band which gives me the power when I need it but there is also enough control for quieter songs. When it comes to my Country Rock band it is a great cymbal for chorus's and crashing on the one. When it comes to my psychedelic rock band it is awesome, like I joined the band a while ago and it just brought so much power and beef to the music. When the song needs to get heavier or needs a lift I have that to go to put as I said above still has a great dynamic range. I have used a few times recording now and it just hits you hard and is epic.
If you like heavy music, play heavy or play all types of music but want a cymbal to call on to lift the song look no further.
