Great for the money

What can anyone expect for this amount of money? Based upon the example I received, I can tell you that you can expect quite a bit.

Dots on the fretboard to help guide little beginners would be nice as well as better tuners but to be perfectly honest, it is hardly believable that is even remotely as good as it actually is. There are toy guitars that cost more than this. I know because I bought one.....

I bought the Startone CG-851 1/4 Pink as a first guitar for a young beginner, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. From the moment it arrived, it felt well-built, lightweight and perfectly suited for small hands.

The sound is warm and surprisingly full for its size, and the nylon strings are soft and gentle on the fingers — ideal for learning the basics comfortably. The tuning is stable, the finish is lovely and vibrant, and the overall craftsmanship is far better than expected for the price. It looks great and instantly motivates kids to pick it up and play.

This guitar is an excellent starting point for any child or beginner, combining beautiful design, good sound and amazing value for money.

Nice little guitar for a young child to play about on. Some stretching of the strings needed and it can be tuned ok. I had to add buttons to put a strap on to allow it to be carried around. Tuned to an open D and it's sounds ok. More of a toy than an instrument really

Does the job

Bought this for my 5 year old. The strings took a couple of weeks to hold tune, but since then is reliable and sounds fine for a tiny guitar. Once my daughter grows a bit I will move her to a 1/2 size guitar. Till then this is working well and is fine for learning.
