These tubes replaced the stock Sovtek 6L6 of an Epiphone Blues Custom 30. I didnt notice a difference in sound to be honest but what i seek is durability. I only have them for about 2 weeks so I will edit this review to the future.

It is also important to mention that Thomann delivered them to me securely, carefully packaged and they traveled a bit, so dont be afraid the transportation if you want to buy your tubes online

No doubt excellent tubes

Personally I'm not convinced that they are worth the significant price difference or that 'matched' pairs really work better than random pairs. If you have a good paying day job and want nothing but the best for your pub band gear than these are the way to go. If you're a struggling musician than don't bother.

Robust and reliable

I changed the stock power tubes of a Peavey 6505+ 112 combo with the Tung-Sol. They work well, deliver a good punch and are (so far) quite reliable. Definite recommendation.

Pas mal du tout, mieux que ce que je m'attendais.
Plutôt fan des lampes NOS pour mes "vieux" amplis, j'avoue que celle-ci sont très bien.

Je viens d'en recommander une deuxième paire, pour faire un set complet pour ma tête SHowman de 64'.

Elles font le job très très bien, jolie rendu sur tout le spectre, avec une petite dominante sur les hauts medium, mais c'est plutôt jolie.

En général, quand je passe des lampes modernes à des NOS (type vieilles JAN, Sylvania ou autres) la différence est beaucoup plus flagrante (profondeur, effet 3D). Ici, avec ces lampes c'est pas flagrant, c'est plutôt très bon signe.

Et pas de bruit, sur aucunes des 4. Contrairement a des 6L6 STR qui elles ont tendances à vibrer et occasionnent des bruits agaçants.
